These terms cover SuperSolve, a daily puzzle and quiz app made by SuperSolve LLC, a Wyoming company, and this website. SuperSolve is coming soon to iPhone and Android. Contact: support@supersolve.app.

The service

SuperSolve offers a new nine-question Daily Quiz across several puzzle types, free Practice questions, and global and private friends’ leaderboards. The app is in development; this website is not an app-store download or a promise of a particular release date.

Accounts and eligibility

Free Practice can be used without an account. Account creation requires an email address, a player name and confirmation that you are at least 13. You are responsible for access to your email and account. Do not share sign-in codes, impersonate someone else or use another person’s account. If you need a parent or guardian’s permission under applicable law, obtain it before using the service.

Fair play and player names

Do not cheat, automate competitive play, interfere with the service, evade access controls or use abusive, misleading or unlawful player or board names. We may restrict abusive accounts, moderate names or exclude invalid results to protect other players and leaderboard integrity. Use the in-app name-reporting option where available, or contact Support about a concern.

Purchases

Daily Quiz access is designed as a one-time purchase with no subscription; Practice questions are free. Purchasing is not yet publicly available. Once available, the applicable store will show the price before you confirm and handle payment. Access depends on successful store verification. Restore, refund and cancellation requests are subject to the relevant Apple or Google store process and applicable consumer law. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a payment or request a refund.

Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains account, quiz, purchase, security and analytics data. You can delete your account through the app’s Settings → Delete Account flow. If you cannot access the app, follow the contact instructions on Support.

Content and availability

SuperSolve’s app, artwork and puzzle content belong to SuperSolve LLC or their respective rights holders. Using the service does not transfer ownership or permit unauthorized redistribution. Features may change, and maintenance, outages or errors may interrupt access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free questions or a particular leaderboard position.

Responsibility and legal rights

Use the service lawfully and for its intended personal puzzle and quiz purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
