Email support@supersolve.app for app questions, account help, privacy requests or player-name concerns. Include a short description, your device type and app version if relevant. For account help, write from the email associated with the account where possible. Never send your password, sign-in code, full payment details or API keys.

How to delete your account

1. Open SuperSolve and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings, then choose Delete Account.
3. Read the warning and confirm deletion on the confirmation screen.

This permanently removes the account and its associated live quiz history and leaderboard data. Previously downloaded leaderboard copies cannot be recalled; cached copies, backups, provider logs and limited records needed for security or purchase administration may persist as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Cannot access the app?

Email support@supersolve.app with the subject “Account deletion request.” Tell us the account email and player name if known. We will verify ownership before processing the request; do not send a sign-in code or password. This is an email request, not an automatic web deletion form.

Purchases and refunds

When store purchases become available, Apple or Google will handle payments. Contact the store for its refund process and contact us for app-access problems. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund. There is no subscription to cancel.
