Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

SuperSolve LLC, a Wyoming company, makes SuperSolve, a daily puzzle and quiz app coming soon to iPhone and Android. This policy explains how we handle information in the app and on this website. Contact us at support@supersolve.app.

Information used to provide SuperSolve

  • Account information: your email address, account identifier, player name, age-eligibility confirmation and account preferences. Email is used for sign-in codes and account support.
  • Quiz results: Daily Quiz answers, scores, completion times, quiz history, streaks and ranking information. These support scoring, progress and leaderboards. Free Practice questions can be used without an account; Practice progress is handled on your device.
  • Friends’ leaderboards: board names, membership and invitation status. An email entered to invite a friend is used to find the intended account. Player names and results are visible on global leaderboards; private friends’ boards are shared with their members. Global leaderboard snapshots can be publicly readable. Your account email is not displayed as your player name.
  • Purchase records: when you buy Daily Quiz access, we use the store, transaction identifiers, purchase time and verified access status to unlock access and process restores or refunds. Apple or Google processes the payment; SuperSolve does not ask you to enter payment-card details.

Security, reports and Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect player-name reporting from automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical information such as IP address, browser or device information and signals used to distinguish people from automated requests.

For player-name reporting rate limits, SuperSolve stores keyed hashes of IP addresses and random installation identifiers, not raw IP addresses in those counters. The counters expire within at most about 24 hours in normal operation; scheduled cleanup runs every minute, so normal physical retention can be up to 24 hours plus about one minute. A cleanup outage can delay deletion. This short retention applies to these rate-limit counters, not to provider security logs or all account data.

A player-name report identifies the reported player and name. Reports and aggregate counts are used for moderation. They are not a private messaging service. Operational emails do not include the reporter’s email or raw IP address.

Analytics and crash reporting

The app uses PostHog for limited product analytics and Sentry for crash and error reporting. Both are enabled by default when you first open the app, and collection may begin before sign-in. You can turn off future analytics and crash reporting in the app’s Settings; turning it off does not erase information already sent. The preference is stored on the device and may reset if you reinstall or clear app data.

PostHog events include app version, platform, environment, Practice and quiz-flow events, purchase and restore outcomes, leaderboard activity, and Daily Quiz scores and completion times. They use a random installation identifier that is not linked to your account. Events do not include your email, player or board name, answers, purchase receipts or transaction identifiers. Automatic interaction capture and session replay are disabled. PostHog is configured to discard IP addresses at ingestion and disable geolocation; an IP address is still transmitted to the provider. Sentry receives technical error information, with filtering intended to remove emails, sign-in codes, purchase receipts, answers and invitation tokens. These services use EU-hosted endpoints.

Turning reporting off stops new collection and discards unsent analytics events and JavaScript error reports. Crash reports already captured before you turn diagnostics off may still be sent.

Service providers and this website

Supabase provides account and app data services. Apple and Google process in-app purchases. Cloudflare provides website hosting and Turnstile. Email providers deliver sign-in, support and operational messages; Resend is used for operational alerts. Providers may process network and security information under their own service policies, and their logs or backups can have different retention periods.

This public website has no sign-up form, advertising tracker, PostHog script or Sentry script. Cloudflare may process request information to serve and protect it. Clicking an email link opens your email application; information you send is used to respond to your request.

Retention and account deletion

Account details and quiz history are kept while needed to provide your account. You can request deletion using Settings → Delete Account in the app, or contact us if you cannot access it. See Support for the steps.

Deletion removes the account and its associated live quiz and leaderboard data. Public snapshots are scrubbed, but previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled and cached copies may remain briefly. Backups, provider logs, support correspondence and transaction references needed for security, accounting or preventing duplicate purchase claims may remain where necessary. We do not promise immediate erasure from every provider or backup. Deleting an account does not automatically request a store refund.

Your choices and questions

Contact support@supersolve.app to ask about access, corrections, deletion or privacy rights that apply where you live. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account. Please do not send sign-in codes or full payment details. Account creation requires an age-13-or-older confirmation; contact us if you believe a child has provided account information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app and its services change. The date above identifies the latest version published here.
